I like quick and easy recipes that look and taste great but don't take much effort to make. Here is a party appetizer that's delicious and easy for the holidays.
You will need:
2 tubes of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 bag pre-cooked meatballs
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
1 bag mozzarella cheese shredded
1 can coating spray (I like coconut Oil)
Spray a muffin tin with coating spray
Roll out crescent dough, squeeze the perforations together then cut the sheet into 2-3 inch squares so the corners slightly overlap the edges of the cups.
Place one square into each cup with the corners sticking out of the cups
Put about 1 Tbs. of shredded mozzarella into the cup.
Place a meatball in the center
Cover the meatball with spaghetti sauce about 1-1 1/2 Tbs.
Top with more mozzarella and fold the corners in
Bake 375 degrees Fahrenheit 8-12 minutes until bubbly and the dough is browned.
Serve as finger food with more sauce for dipping.
